6. Weight Training, Lifting Heavy Things
Lifting weights is a secondary reason for bruising. This means that your blood vessels are already weak and physical activity only adds a finishing touch.

Even children can experience such contusions, as upholstered school bags are now very common and can hardly be lifted.

Within 5 to 10 days, the injured area should turn yellow or green. And the final stage is 10 to 14 days after the injury when the area becomes brown and then turns lighter and lighter.
