The changes that led to Bishop losing 45 pounds began 2 years ago when she was working as a manager at a recording studio in Sydney.
The woman shared that she lived through dawn years that fostered a poor diet of cheap and affordable foods like pasta, hamburgers, and pizza, as well as a lack of exercise.
She Decided To Change Her Life After A Gym Opened In Her Apartment Complex
The woman said she started looking for videos online and researched exercises and cooking plans, but admitted that she didn’t look for a nutritionist or trainer.
She also said that this was the best and most difficult moment of her life as she learned everything herself.
Bishop revealed that she previously thought she needed to ditch carbs and get plenty of aerobic exercises to lose weight, but it turned out that she learned that carbs are very helpful, as long as you use them in the right diet plan for your body type, health, and goals.
After Months Of Hard Work And Dedication, She Got Down To 143 Pounds
In August, Bishop shared her before/after photo anonymously on Reddit, unaware that it would attract hundreds of comments from Reddit users demanding to know her “secret.”
The woman said her inbox was full of questions about training and diet. Bishop also confessed that she was hesitant to post the photo because the 100-kilogram photo “before” could attract negative energy.
It was then that Bishop decided to create an Instagram page as a kind of personal journal to inspire people to make positive changes in their lives.
The student confessed that she always dreamed of being very slim, as she was conditioned to think that way, but now she realizes that she loves being strong and feeling confident with her muscular physique.
